Default Timing belt idler roller torque

I am in the midst of replacing my timing belt and I just finished removing a broken idler roller bolt stud. It was on really tight. I have the torque specs for the other components but it does not include the idler roller. The bolt is an M8 x 20 and could someone please let me know how much torque it requires so I don`t have to remove anymore bolt studs.

Thanks

Just got back from purchasing new bolt. The bolt that broke was an 8.8 grade and according to the max torque charts, the max torque for this bolt would be 18.7 ft lbs.

I purchased a 10.9 grade bolt with a max torque spec of 27.7 ft lbs, so I guess it would be safe to torque this bolt around 20 ft lbs. I am not sure if the broken 8.8 bolt was factory spec or a replacement.

Thanks
