Ur Quattro, should I get it?

Hey guys I have a friend of a friend selling a URQ, 64k miles on body and 300 miles on a rebuilt engine. Hes not listing it on line. I could probably get it for under $10k. Am I crazy to not get it? How often do these things come around?
