Default Center cap & offset

I bought cheap Audi 68mm center caps from ebay, but still they are too small to replace Andros center caps. So rather than throwing them out, I cut out the feet and glued them down to Andros caps.....see below picture.

69mm Audi center caps with chrome ring may fit, but don't quote me on this.

18X8 45mm offset is perfect, don't order 35mm offset.

Very nice. Looks great. I may get these wheels. ECSTUNING has a great deal for ALZOR 628 wheels which look very similar for $400 plus shipping.

Decisions, decisions.

Does anyone know what the center hub bore diameter is on the stock 18/19" Audi S3 wheels?
I'm looking at 19" x 8.5, ET43 wheels but interested to know the hub diameter. I understand hub rings can be installed.

I had the 17x7.5 Andros R9's installed this weekend on 15' S3. I haven't had a chance to look yet, but I noticed the original Audi wheel locks must have not worked with the new wheel. Does anyone know off hand what type of lugnut comes with the R9's? Hoping to buy the right wheel lock replacement. TIA.

I would call the Tire Rack. They can set you up with a set.

You can confirm that 17 inch wheels fit a 2015 s3? I have a 2016 and was deciding between 17s and 18s... do you have stock breaks/calipers? Thanks!

All websites, as everyone notes, is set up for A3's and not S3's.
S3 is brilliant black. Thanks.
terrible reasoning.

the 19s that come with the magride weigh LESS than 22 lbs while the stock 18s weigh OVER 32lbs

the magride wheels are forged and are by far better looking than the 18s

I have 17" wheels with snow tires on my S3 (Mag Ride). I'll post a pic later. It drives like I just put a different suspension on the thing.

When I took the 19" wheels off, there was a noticeable difference in weight between those and the 22lbs 17" wheels that I was was putting on. The 19's were significantly lighter. Granted the 19's tires were worn down and past the wear indicators, so that may have contributed. But I'm going to weigh one when I take the tires off. My guess is 20lbs.

I went with after-market 18" with Hakkapelitta (sp?) and kept the 19" factory wheels/tires. great winter tire - handles slush, hard-pack, and ice very well and quieter than the factory 19" Conti's.
