First up: front plate delete, tint windows, black out chrome around windows and side mirrors, remove S3 badges front and rear.

Then: sound system upgrade, possible opticoat or similar treatment, black honeycomb grill, black out remaining chrome.

I agree. How are you going to black out the chrome? Paint, wrap or replace?
I would consider opticoat. the darker the paint the more swirls show ( I was lazy and went with White)
Where can you get a black honeycomb grill?

I am going to plastidip the chrome/mirrors myself initially. I'm curious to see how well it holds up. If it doesn't hold up well, I'll look into other options. The storm trooper S8 next to me in the garage picture has the trim painted black with a more OEM look.

As of now, I don't know where I can get a honeycomb grill, I'm just hoping/expecting one will become available at some point.

Another S3 in Chicago! Nice car man.

Hope those guys at Fletcher gave you better quotes that I received. I opted to get my S3 at Continental Audi in Naperville. I found that dealer to be incredibly fair and trustworthy.
