It comes up as a "5" or an "8". I had to choose "S" from the selection. I said to myself that it must be me. So I tried again. 30 tries later and the system still wouldn't recognize an "S" with the touchpad. What else? The Hot-Spot doesn't work. I get "Authentication errors" and cannot connect. I'm in no mood to call support, and to be honest this just flat out sucks. I've been connecting Wi-Fi devices for as long as I can remember. It's just frustrating when Audi tells you that the car has a "Wi-Fi Hot Spot" and when you try to get it to work it doesn't. Last thing I want to do is drive to the dealer or call support. Why couldn't they get it to work without frustrating the hell out of its owners? Sucks big time. Rant over.

Haha, you think that's impossible try entering in a uppercase "I" .

there should be a menu that appears that gives you the choice to select the next matching character though.

I did by flattening the S(less curvature)!
If you can't still do it consider modifying your signature(temporarily).

I got it working in the 3rd attempt!

I never thought about flattening it out. I did the opposite and made it more curvy. That's when it started to see it as an "8". Thanks
