I wanted to re-shoot my promo video with a better camera than an iPhone so I went back to the race track... I also wanted to show the telescopic vents we get in Canada! What do you think?

So, someone tell me what the compelling reason is to have telescoping vents?

It's very convenient in different situations. When it's really hot and you need cold air in your face or when you want to defuse the air and you don't want it in your face. Also for people using the Clearmounts cellphone mount who want to use it in landscape mode only the telescopic vents will allow you to do this.

And that's what I recommend - I rarely diffuse the far R and L vents in daily use.

The vents are pretty concentrated in the OEM position, its an easy and very useful mod. BE VERY CAREFUL, read the warnings in the thread, those tabs are very fragile until you reassemble the vent.

just did 1. pretty easy. for sure an awesome mod. il take a couple pics that might help others in the harder steps
