A4 Wheels to fit on S5?

A4 Wheels to fit on S5?
Hi All,
Noob here. My 2013 S5 is currently equipped with Summer tires and with the winter season coming up, I wanted to at least put some all seasons on to give myself a bit more grip and keep my summers lasting longer. My other car is a 2009 A4 with a 66.56 hub bore. The specs for the wheels themselves are 19" 8.5J x 19ET (offset) 43. Will these fit on my S5? Would I need to get spacers in order to get them to fit?
