A5 Heater Problem
Hello All,
Ok been looking at various posts online and before I start buying parts etc, I want to make some informed decisions, so I thought I'd see if you can help as I'm not going to be alone on this.
2009 Audi A5 3L TDI,
The heater/ac only works when it wants to, sometimes if will come straight on or sometimes it will take about 20 mins or sometimes not at all, and recently I have noticed a slight burning smell while waiting for it to come on.
I have tried keeping it on auto and also tried manual, but to be honest I'm at a loss, can anyone help please?

First the HVAC if on Auto will not start the fan going until the heat is flowing through the core - to keep from blowing cold air on you. But this sounds like that is not the issue.
You will need to take it to a service rep - Audi or aftermarket
