Hi,

Came accross an issue with my audi a5 07 3.0tdi (mmi 2g high)

It randomly said "CD is not installed".
I have a 6cd changer, and none of the CDs are recognised, it is still able to eject and insert new cd's, it just wont play/recognise them.
On radio mute, it will sometimes just automatically come back on without me pressing the button.

Also, this evening, my MMI instrument lights started to flicker, on and off, only the lights around my gearstick, not the heating lights etc.
And also, a headlight fluid washer warning came up (this is full already), maybe a seperate issue. Not sure.


Any ideas guys? Ive tried searching, but all CD changer issues are related to cd changers in the boot.

Sorry, I haven't had a similar issue, but since I didn't see anyone reply to your post I thought I would let you know that I've had issues with my iPod with messages saying "no device connected" when it actually was. The music system of the MMI seems to be touchy at times.

As for the flashing lights, I've never seen that. Best to take it to the dealer.
