Thanks all for the kind words. Six weeks and 1400 mile in and I am finding myself jonesing to drive someplace, anyplace, even of I do not need to. I even find myself walking into my garage just to take a look!

Great looking color. Don't baby it too much during the break-in period. As long as you take the time to bring your oil to normal operating temperature, you won't do any harm and many believe that you will do the engine a lot of good, if you occasionally take it to near redline.

Dealer contacted me today. RS5 will be in Houston November 14th and at the dealer November 24th.
Then it's a matter of installing the clear bra (scheduled), hard wiring the V1 and putting all weather Mich Pilot Super Sports tires on.
Came in about a month earlier that we expected.
Life is good.

Dealer emailed a copy of the sticker today. Everything is as ordered.
Cleared customs in Houston and was put on a truck this AM. Should arrive in Salt Lake City on Friday.
then dealer must prep the car and:
hardwire V1 radar detector
install 3M clear bra from windshield forward
mount Mich Super Sports all season radials
Life is good.
