RS5 without GH2 sports differencial
Hello
i find the new Audi RS5 with fantastic custom Porsche color Riviera Blue! I like this car looks, it has a low price, i can reduce the price more
but this machine does not have a Sport differential GH2
this car have Basic differential GH1
I refusal to purchase.. my driving style mixed..I'm afraid not to get pleasure - no sport differential
no sport differential ? - no car..
Any thoughts?

Sounds like you have made up your mind already. Most members on here are from North America as far as I know. We get the sport differential standard in the RS5, so you may have a hard time finding somebody who can give you a report on how the RS5 drives w/o the sport differential.
However, I can tell you this. The RS5 has torque vectoring with or without the sport differential. The standard torque vectoring is a passive system using the brakes on all 4 wheels. The sport differential adds active torque vectoring on the rear axle on top of that.
Personally, I think the sport differential is what differentiates the current generation of Audis from the older generations. It's given these cars driving dynamics that we haven't seen before and I think a car like the RS5 should be bought with the sport differential.

It's been an option in Europe. Germany at least. Not sure why they don't make it standard everywhere. Seems like the RS models should have it standard. I guess they are taking a hint from Porsche.
