Why does 2010-2012 A5 have two different

I'm looking for a Premium Plus or Prestige 2010-2012 A5 and confused why they have two different center consoles. I attached pics. Thanks for your help.

It seems that one has the MMI plus/navigation with keyless entry and the other doesn't.

non-navigation cars have the MMI **** and buttons on the dash. Cars with navigation have it on the console

The one on the right has MMI, which comes on NAV cars. The one on the left does not have MMI.

I have a 2011 for sale if you're interested
