Default Repairs

I purchased a certified 2008 Audi A5 (B8) in late 2011 with 45K miles. I then bought an extended warranty plan that covered service and repairs up until the 75K mile mark. At 85K service, there were no issues. I then took the car for a 95K service. The dealership says that multiple repairs are needed. However, the prices for parts and labor are more than I was expecting.

Can someone tell me if these are fair prices for parts and labor? Taxes are not included. Or am I being charged an exorbitant amount over what is reasonable? I live in Scottsdale, AZ, so items tend to be more expensive here, as compared to say, somewhere in the Midwest.

Tires: $1070 (if I ordered tires online, installation would only be $120)
Front Lower Control Arms: $1020
Front Lower Wishbone Control Arms: $700
Upper Link Bushings: $750
Alignment: $250
Driver side headlight level sensor: $390
Front and rear brakes (need to be replaced soon, but not priority): No price quoted. What would this be expected to cost?

The car is in excellent condition, but I having to put $4K+ into it is a lot of money. I have googled and checked yelp for other garages. How would I go about finding a reputable, quality Audi mechanic at an independent garage? And I would like to use OEM parts, obviously.

Any advice is appreciated.
