Anybody got the Audi MMI app (IOS) Remote unlock/lock function to work? I have gone around and around with tech support on this.. All other features such as Status, Maintenance, etc work so the connection to the car is fine. The Warning messages tab is also inoperable. Get a "technical fault" message. I am setup as key user and have entered the pin.. sent some screen shots but no one has figured out whats going on.

Just tested and works great for me. I am an AT&T subscriber for my cell service though - not that it should make any difference

*Car was in my garage at home.

Yeah that shouldn't matter. I'm verizon though.

I assume the car is not running when you try to lock/unlock? Is the car parked outside when you try, or is it in an underground garage?

I had the same technical error issue then I tried a day later without changing a thing and it worked. Everything else works fine in the app. I'm not sure if it was a connection issue or something else. Both times the car was in the same spot in my garage but one time it worked and one time it didn't. Rule of the story don't count on it as a reliable feature.

Not running. Mostly in garage, but also at various outside locations. I believe it uses the built in cell service to communicate so if some features work i wouldn't think that is the problem.
