Default Bose issue

new to me '02 Allroad with stock Symphony and Bose. P side front is scratchy sounding, P side rear is OK, sub has some sound, but both D side speakers have nothing at all. I swapped the amp in the back for a known working one and there is no change. anyone have any suggestions?

Connectors behind Symphony ok? All speakers are run by the Bose amplifier so the fault is probably at front.

Swapped out the head unit for a new Kenwood and in the process found out two things: the Symphony that was in there was not only bad but very difficult to get out. I should have known that something was wrong by all of the scratches around the removal key slots. Once the Kenwood was in, I found out that all of the speakers are largely shot. the left side works now but they both sound scratchy and blown...one more thing on the list.
