May Be Selling My allroad (am I NUTS?)
Hey Guys,
I may be selling my 2004 allroad 2.7 6sp manual.
It has factory nav, factory hitch, parking sensors, front and rear heated seats, xenons, factory XM radio, pretty much loaded. Has 120,000 miles and runs great, all maintenance, very clean inside and out. Aside from not being sure I want to sell, I have no idea what it would be worth. I have owned it since 2009 (2nd owner), and I know that it has some of the most coveted options, but I can't find a reliable indicator of what it's real value might be... any thoughts?
Thanks!
Rick

You could probably aim high and ask for $10k and then barter from there. You have a pretty much top spec allroad and if you have records that all that maintenance is done then you will get pretty close to that.
It also depends on your location. Here in the PNW and in CO and New England the allroad will hold a higher price then in other parts of the country.
Also, why do you want to sell it? Seems like it's in pretty good shape.

"why do you want to sell it"...
Yeah, that's the question. I found an 2009 X3 6 speed with all the trimmings, and I am sorely tempted, although the allroad is the best all around ride I have had.
Thanks!
