RPM's dropping and car almost stalls

RPM's dropping and car almost stalls
So, my Audi all road 2002 2.7 biT every day I'm running on gas ( maintenance works and checks are done regularly) ( car has automatic transmission) the problem is - car acting kind of weird. When starting the car and even when just standing on red light with foot brake applied the RPM 's are running like crazy and feelings are the same as manual transmission stalling! I have 185k and all service works as air filters, oil, timing belt and all other works have been done ! I even had to change fuel pump, so I don't know where to dig !! Guys please help, if you need any more info I'm opened for quests! I will add short video soon !
