Just bought a 2001 Allroad, has a weird issue with the speedometer. While driving, the actual speedometer reads about 70% of the correct speed. However, if I sit at a constant speed and use the average speed display on the dash, it reads the correct speed unlike the main speedometer. Not sure if it would be at all related, but cruise control does not work.

I tried searching a ton of different terms but haven't found any info on this. Has anyone here heard of this happening before?
