Hello allroaders

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for the compressor to lift the vehicle from the height level 1 to height level 2 (While driving over 40 Kmph) ?

Thanks for the response.
When the vehicle is not driving or driving in speed under 30 mph the system receives the air pressure from the air tank pressure (16 BAR) then it takes 15-18 seconds. And above this vehicle speed pressure coming from the compressor only And that I ask to know.

new compressors are very expensive, but you can change the compressor ring on yours very easily with a kit which should bring the compression up a bit faster. Bagpipingandy who is on this site and others sells the ring, gasket and a 'how to' kit. At least then you know the compressor is giving all it can.

The compressor should Produce more than 16 bar! in 20 bar the safety valve discharges the excess pressure. In Allroad the pressure tank working pressure is 16 Bar

Yes, but mine had particular wear signs in the cylinder's alloy coating, too. Further, the electric motor becomes older and thus, often has a partial short as mine did, either.

For 70$ you can buy a new cylinder with new piston ring
