I recently bought my first A3. It's a 'Sportback' 2 liter diesel 2012. My question is: I want to change the stereo - how do I find out my options?

Looks like the mObridge does not work on the old A3. But I think you can remove the head unit.

Which audio system did you car come with?

As I said, it's a Chorus system. It has a faulty DVD player, plus I was hoping to change it for one with an MP3 input, and hopefully a radio with a wider range (particularly Longwave). There are ads online for 'suitable' models, but how do I know they will be accepted by the car's system?
