Default MMI shut down due to low battery!

Hello. I have a 2008 Audi Q7 that I bought brand-new In 2007. My first repair in nine years was a fuel pump followed by the air conditioner fan switch.. After the fan switch repair I got an message on my MMI before it shut off and stopped working. It's stated: "an installed component is not valid. Contact Audi workshop" well I called my mechanic and I called several Audi dealerships and no one knew what the message meant. After some research it is obvious that water damage would knock out the MMI, but I found one entry from someone who said a low battery may cause the MMI to shut down... Well when I picked up the car the car would not start... After nine years on the road and 80,000 miles my battery finally failed!! When we put the new battery and guess what happened! The MMI came back on! So for all of you mechanics at Audi in the world please put this on the top of your list as to why that message appears on your screen. Low battery does shut down the MMI!
