I looked around on the forum for a posting about this but couldn't find anything. I bought my 2013 S4 Prestige a few days ago and added about 100 songs to a single folder at the root of an SD card. I then imported the songs to the Jukebox. When playing from the SD Card, music plays flawlessly and I have no complaints. The symptom is when music is played from Jukebox the song pauses, then resumes. Then 20 seconds (more or less) again, the music pauses for a few seconds, then resumes. The song doesn't start over... just pause/resume. But here's the kicker: so does the navigation voice! When using nav and playing the radio (non-jukebox function), the nav voice gets partially thru her instruction, pauses, then resumes. It's unnerving as she stops in mid word, then resumes. A phrase sounds like this: "lef" (pause) "ft turn ahead". Ugh. Meanwhile, as she catches her breath, the radio volume is dimmed and I bite my lip with anticipation.

Any one else experience the same problem and get a fix? Is Audi Customer Service helpful? Any advice is appreciated.

Sounds like file corruption during the import to the jukebox - remove and copy again then retry your playlist.
The limit according to the manual is:
1) Max of 5000 files per folder
2) Max of 1000 files per playlist

Rector Motor Car in Burlingame CA had the car for a few days and solved the problem by replacing "module 5F with updated 8R1 035 746 E" and updating software provided by Audi. I don't know the cost as it was covered under warranty. TSB#2030465/6 was referenced on the invoice/work order.
