Hey guys I have an 2001 Audi a6 2.7t and my issue is whenever the alarm goes of its only the siren that makes any noise, also whenever I'm locking or unlocking the car its only the siren again that goes out because the horn doesnt honk and but it works fine if i physically use it. Can someone please help me out here?

I am also interested in this, I have a 2004 audi a6 Quattro 3.0L with a similar problem. I have no horn when locking or when the alarm goes off, but all the indicator light flash. the only thing ive been able to find is the separate alarm horn may be broken (ive also heard there is a seperate battery for this horn and the contacts may be corroded) I plan on doing some hands on research this weekend and will report any findings.
