pop up screen 2004 a8

Need help about 2 months ago this started. I start the card nav screen pops up music comes on. Clicking on english to activate screen further it will not allow within 2 minutes screen goes down music goes off. You can then press the volume button and the process will start over but inly stay on for about 2 minutes again tgen shut down. Any answers to this know one or any dealer has had one yet. Thanks Frank
