Default plastic arm rest and leather cleaner

Hi all,

Was looking for some suggestions on a cleaner for the arm rest on the driver side as it looks a bit worn (2009 A5). I believe it is some type of plastic material. My seats are the tan/red color with white exterior on car, i think these are real leather.

What can i buy to condition the leather and keep it maintained and looking new?

Also what about general cleaner for other areas in the car like the wood trim and plastic dash area?

I'm waiting for the weather to warm up before i clean it and take a clay bar to the entire car, its covered in rust **** from brake dust and junk on the roads.

I like using Lexol products for the leather. It leaves a shiny finish but not greasy.
