Well put. What probably hounded Hobag the most was that upon my late arrival, he was
jumping up and down (almost literally) that we go right away without me warming up. His intention was that he didn't want me to bring out my "101 List of Official Drag Race Excuses" and start bitching about heat-soak (which I probably would have brought up 
but it sounded like he wanted to catch me cold...and then instead...well you know now.
Anyhow, I appreciate his objectivity...it's not necessarily the faster car or the guy that wants to obliterate his clutch that wins the race.
All in all, it was a blast - and the scenery at the victory celebration at Jack Astors in Hamilton was good too.

Hobag would have beaten you like the dead hooker in his trunk. And just when you thought it couldn't have gotten worse, Tgr_Clw would have beaten you when you ran out of gas at the 1/8 mile marker.
