I want to move back to Canada

Depends what sector you're in (m)
I just left my job at a strategy consulting firm in Toronto to go get my MBA at UofT. We were only in the financial services sector and let me tell you, business is pretty slow. Recruiting for consulting companies now is almost non-existant as there is not enough work to go around.
On a brighter note, financial services is only 20% of the economy so you may have better luck in a different sector, except maybe for high tech since that is in the can too.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that classic post MBA jobs like consulting and i-banking are pretty scarce because of the economy. I can't really comment on the recruiting situation of larger firms
And this is all in Toronto so Calgary may be different.
Hope that helps
