It's open for business but the "grand opening" is not until May 14. There's still couple of little things left to do. Unfortunately, there's no alcohol serve until the "grand opening" or even a week later.

That's great Ed! The wife and I are huge sushi fan. Just make sure...
That you have some nice German Riesling (Spätlese) waiting for me. Almost every tuesday is sushi night. From Sushi Shop in St-Lambert. I can't wait to taste your's. That's a great spot, "trendy people"

Just wanna let you all know that I only have a small, tiny, share in this place.
I can't even say what goes and what doesn't. However, I do get 15% off and sometimes free drink and always complementary desert on the house.
I'll try to take some pics of the place.
