Need help on strategizing how to get the best deal for my Audi Q3 purchase.

I am currently negotiating a price for a Q3 AWD (getting down to 32kish, tax/tags not included). However, I just learned that I am also eligible for the Audi Supplier Discount through my company. My questions:

1. Would I still be eligible for an add-on discount with this Supplier Discount?
2. Will they honor the full amount, or try and minimize or reject it because I already negotiated otherwise?
3. How much is the avg discount for a Q3? I've read abt 6% but nothing definitive.
4. Is it wrong of me to spring it on the salesperson at the last minute?

Thoughts? What other price points have other folks gotten the car for? Q3 AWD, base otherwise?
