Do not ever go to Audi of Brooklyn for any maintenance work. They do not listen and do whatever they want. I would not trust the service writer there as they are just like used car salesman

While I never went to Tyrol (location), they seemed ok to communicate with.

I need to get some work done on my '02 Allroad (including some suspesnion repairs). The only dealerships I've dealt with are Audi of Manhattan and Bay Ridge Audi, and I did not enjoy positive experiences with either (to put it mildly); clearly seemed as if they were running up the tab and th ework that was done was not great. Can anyone recommend an Audi service shop in the NYC/NJ area?

I found the general responsiveness and turnaround time from Audi Meadowlands (repair shop & CPO shop in North Bergen, NJ) to be better than Audi Manhattan by far. Their labor rate is much cheaper as well. Took me half an hour to get to from Midtown Manhattan on a good traffic day.

I started to us a place thats in Brooklyn called NEW HOPE AUTO boss's names Roger . The shop does lots of work from low end honda's to Rolls royce . his prices are really good and open till 7 but if you call and ask he can hang till you come pick up the car. also does body work and has all the machines to diagnose issues .
