Looking for a decent dealer in NJ area that can service my '15 A6 "properly". I went to two different ones so far and they were very disappointing. First one I went for tire rotation and twice for GPS concerns, tires were never rotated even though they claimed they did, GPS is still busted. Went to a second dealer to correct valve cover seeping oil concern, service writer claims they never leak, spoke to tech and tech said it is normal consider the 2.0T engines do not have gasket and he just wiped away the oil residuals.

The second dealer was somewhat highly rated on DealerRater so I don't know if I can trust those ratings online. I figure most of those ratings were done by owners who are somewhat clueless about cars. I would appreciate any recommendations, thanks in advance.

Where are you located in NJ? I never take my car to dealer as there are few very good independent garages in NJ. If you want to stick with the dealer then try DCH
