This is an option on S7 cars and is often found in RS7 Competition cars.

What I have is a full set as pictured in attachments.

The set in pics will fit your A7 / S7 / RS7 WITHOUT HUD (top dash part is one-piece).

I also have one set for A7 / S7 / RS7 WITH HUD (top dash trim is split in two pieces) and one set for A6 / S6 / RS6.

ONLY three sets available.

These sets are around $7k if you wanted to buy from Audi Service making it pretty much the most expensive trim kit from factory (but to be fair even plain wood is around $3k+ from Audi).
