I have a Vorsteiner vented double sided carbon fiber hood for sale that fits the B5 chassis 2000-2002 Audi S4 and 1996-2001 Audi A4. It’s a super nice hood, very high quality, best I’ve seen. I even took a close-up picture so you can see how dead straight the weave is. Unfortunately it ended up developing some cracks in the resin (top portion) over the winter. This is purely aesthetic; the hood itself isn’t damaged in any way.

I absolutely loved this hood but they no longer make it as I’m sure you all know so I had to order a Eurogear unit, which I can definitely say isn’t as nice. Because it has the double sided carbon and it’s vented, if I recall correctly I spent almost $2000 on it (including shipping). Obviously I’m not looking to get anywhere near that but I’m not sure what it is worth so I am open to offers.

You can either paint it all, maybe leave some of the non-cracked portions exposed, or you could also try notching the cracks and filling them with resin. After some blocking and sanding it might not look too bad (if you want the full carbon look). I didn’t have time to mess with it so here it is.
