The rear shots look like they show a Q3 style ridge between the C-pillar and the taillight.

Hatch looks like it's splitting the brake light vs. current where whole light assembly is on the gate. Could just be the lights themselves though.

New trapezoidal (vs round) exhaust tips, similar to new Q7 and the going style generally. (Meh.)

May have wheel flares like new Q7 too.

The shape of the headlights looks very similar to the Q7. So I'm picturing this having the same style of grille monstrosity that the Q7 has. I was pleasantly surprised with the Q5 spy pics at first glance -- looks like they hadn't done big changes. But those Q3 hips and the Q7 grille are some of those models most hideous features.

I am a little surprised they haven't lowered it down into more of a wagon stance like the Q7.

Could be worse -- there's still some hope that they won't screw it up too badly. If the nose looks more like the Q3 and less like the Q7/TT we'll see...

Enjoying my SQ5 but hopefully I will be in a new B9 S5 by the time the new Q comes out. Get rid of my SQ before it takes a hit in price from the body change

I thought the new Q5 was coming out next year as a 2017 model. Did it slip?

I would say that we'll see the new B9 Q5 for MY2018, on lots summer of 2017.

And it will be MY2019 before we get the new B9 SQ5.

Summer of 2018 for the new SQ5 eh? Good timing for me...although I would really like an RSQ5!
