Any q5 with timing chain?

Is there any q5 with timming chain under 3.0l and must be diesel.

I really dont want timing belt :P

Audi 3.0T (actually supercharger) engine is timing chain...as are MANY of the Audi engines.

I was thinking more about the 2..0 - 2.5 engines :P Are they all only timing belt? :/

2.0T engines also have the timing chain. Can't speak to 2.5 engines.

Are you sure, because i saw in a thread that it is not chain :/ But if it is, then i found myself a car!

But no diesel engine below 3.0l q5 is chain :/ I was looking for around 2.0 or 2.5 diesel engine.

The 2.0T changed over from belt to chain at some point, not sure exactly when.

I think the earlier version before 2013 had a chain. CAEB? My 2011 has a chain.

I know, I replaced it and the tensioner during my warranty engine rebuild and the dealer bent the lower, think stamped steel cover (that all DIY site tell you to replace)... and now it's back in the dealer getting that fixed, $220 of it on my dime, $220 the dealer is eating.
