I am considering a set of TSW Nurburgring's. They are cheap, rotary forged, and are extremely light for their size.

Has anyone tried these (Nurburgurgrings)? I believe their load rating of 1650 is to low for the Q5 weight.

I may be totally wrong here, but I believe 1650 would still work.

Let's say total vehicle weight plus an extreme payload is 5600 lb. That's still less than 1650lb per wheel.

I have seen some Q5's with the Nurburgring's however, they do not show up as a compatible wheel for the Q5 on TSW's fitment webpage.

Did any of your guys get TSW? I'm thinking about getting the Geneva, Mechanica, or Nurburgring.

I had a set of TSW Nurburgring wheels on my GTI. Nice wheel, but they bend easy. That being said, just about any wheel can bend if you hot a big enough pot hole! I bent one, but had no idea what I hit. I only noticed because it would shimmy at 80MPH.

I just got a set of TSW Nurburgring for my 2016 A6. Delivery in about a week.

Like to hear more feedbacks from folks with TSW wheels.

We have the TSW Vortex for our winters. Frankly, I'm very disappointed in the wheels. There are flaws in the alloy and the finish didn't hold up well at all, with lots of chips and bubbles around the center caps. They were advertised as "European", so I was quite disappointed to find they were made in China. I won't be buying another set.

Sorry to hear about your Vortex experience. But I think there's a about a $100 price difference between the Vortex and Nurburgring? Hopefully the quality is also different.

Can anyone confirm if the Nurburgring wheels are made in CHINA?
