Default Parts to replace when doing brakes on 2012 Q5

I'm replacing the brakes, front and rear, on a 2012 Audi Q5 and I'm having trouble making sure I have all the right little parts I need to replace each time. Other than the pads and rotors themselves, does anyone have a complete list of the parts and part numbers so that I can order them?

This is what I have so far:

Fronts:

Caliper bolt
Count = 4 (two per wheel)
Diagram = 4
Torque = 30 Nm
Audi Part = 8K0-698-135-A?

Pad sensor (if tripped)
Count = 1 (driver side only)
Audi Part = 8K0-615-121

Rears:

Caliper bolt
Count = 4 (two per wheel)
Diagram = 4
Torque = 35 Nm
Audi Part = 8K0-698-470-A?
Question: Is the guide pin that this bolts into replaceable? If so, what is the part number for that?

Pad retainer clip
Count = 4 (two per wheel)
Diagram = 10
Audi Part = ?

Caliper bolt (if replacing rotors)
Count = 4 (two per wheel)
Diagram = 16/17
Torque = 100 Nm + 90 degrees
Audi Part = ?

Am I missing anything that needs to be replaced? Anyone have the correct / missing part numbers?

I hope you know that you need a computer with VCDS software to retract the rear brake "Electronic Parking Brake" properly or risk damaging about $2K worth of motors and controller?

I'm all set on the electronic parking brake on the caliper from reviewing the forums, I just need the replacement parts. Appreciate the warning though!

Anyone have the bolt part numbers and torques?

Also, I found getting a standard torque wrench and having enough rotation room on the rear caliper bolts impossible so had the dealer take care of that (with new bolts of course &#128553. Fronts were not a problem for my torque wrench. Also although sensor had not yet been triggered found the end of the sensor wire that clips into car's wiring had pretty much "rotted" - fortunately with a pick and some patience was able to extract all the plastic bits from the car connector and new sensor wire plugged right in with no issues.

Ha; guess it wasn't just me that couldn't figure out how to get the torque wrench in there.

And especially how do I do so without taking them off the car to look for numbers. I'm trying to avoid additional work and replacing bolts just to check the size if I can.

Just look at your service book, the first page you have this sticker

1KW, 2EK - 300mm
1KE , 2EL - 330mm

FYI: 2.0TFSI - 300mmm
3.0TFSI and 3.0TDI - 330mm
