Replacing front B Pillar exterior applique
I have a replacement for a cracked, front door, exterior B Pillar applique. I am looking for direction on how to gain access to the screws (labeled 4, in the picture below) holding it to the door frame.
I know they're under the rubber that surrounds the window, but am unsure of what steps I need to take to avoid creating a bigger issue than necessary. I only bought the applique; should I have bought replacement rubber, as well?
Thanks in advance!

Okay, I figured it out- from the outside, with the window down, just pull the rubber seal (I started in the middle) that would be on the outside of the window when closed slowly but firmly; it will pop out, allowing access to the torx screws holding the applique to the door. I was nervous about damaging the rubber, but it popped back into place and looks great.
That little lip- grab it and pull<br/>
