I can only speak to the 3.0T, but it does allow the same brake-torque for launching as the SQ5...at least in Sport or Manual it does. Never tried in Drive

Dont use your left foot for the brake .

Thanks Folks God gave me two legs and feet so why waste one it might wither with disuse !! Not interested in track use , it is afterall a truck, albeit a fast one. Its actually about car control. Audi are the only manufacturer to do this although I did try it in a Toyota Prius and the regenerative brake mechanism had a minor fit. Never seen a comment from a motor noter about this either. L J K Setright of motor noter fame in CAR magazine started me on Left foot braking years ago and it works . Try It
