In Canada, it seems to be fairly hard to get good deals off MSRP. I've negotiated 3% under MSRP for the 2018 model (on waiting list for redesign). But based on the the price difference compared to the US... Canada's MSRP is 21% less than America's (but we have a higher sales tax)... and that varies a lot depending on province and state. And the prices in Europe are way higher than here (SQ5 in Germany is 63500 Euro ($94000CDN, $71000USD) for base TDI model)... so it feels like we're getting pretty good deals overall. In Europe sales tax is included.

Sorry, bit of a jumble, but I feel lucky living in Canada.

I thought 6-8% was the standard. I got around 8% on my 2015. Probably giving a little more with a new model coming out next year.

hey guys, new member here. I just bought my 2016 SQ5 about 2 weeks ago and I was able to get exactly 10% off MSRP in Atlanta from the Jim Ellis Marietta dealership.

I went through the Bay Area deal negotiations and found that pacific Audi in LA was just more willing to negotiate. They get people from the Bay Area all the time due to this. What could be better than to spend your first 6 hours driving your new vehicle home knowing that you saved the airfare and over $1000?! Well worth it in my book.

Driving and or flying there plus 6 hours back does not seem to be much of deal to save $1k. Only you can decide what's your time worth? Sometimes it pays to buy local.

If you order a MY2017 Audi SQ5 for North America early April how soon do you think it'll take before I receive it? Per production schedule in this link: Audi (Build Out Final Order Start Up Dates) - Donlen Corporation

Is this the area I should be shooting for? At least 10% off MSRP?

Any insight you can offer?

I'm in S Florida and the Audi dealers in this are are dicks.
I just got a 10% off in Chicago on our SQ5 premium plus (trust me, dealers here are ****** too). All about pushing them. Also, try out a bunch of dealers. And most importantly, never feel bad about low balling a dealer! All apart of the game, and you never know, maybe they are desperate to clear their inventory out! Good luck hunting
