How did you lower it? Mine does not have the adaptive air suspension. I have a 2014

you should look into KW coil over suspension. if you do springs alone you will regret it. you will transform your Q7 into he world's most expensive pogo stick.

Or you can go this route and save 2k. You won't have the adjustability but the ride will be very nice. Bilstein Sports and H&R springs work very well together.
