I'm guessing each. They sell an entire kit with all four rotors and pads:

And it looks like the two brake sensor cables will be needed as well.

150$ for one powerstop disc would have been to expensive.

Neo, don't buy that Power Stop crap. Spend the extra $100 and get Zimmerman rotors and pagid pads.

I'm a Zimmerman guy as well. They get excellent reviews. Not sure about those pads though.
