Default 2013 Q7 TDI Oil Extraction

Hi, we have an 2013 Q7 TDI and I am trying to do an oil
Extraction on it, however, when I get put the tube down the dipstick hole, it hits something just a little short of the dipstick length. Is there something in there that prevents oil extraction? Thanks, James

On my 2010 TDI I did have to wiggle the tube a bit to get it to go all the way to the bottom. My 2015 does not require the wiggle.

I tried wiggling it around but it won't go any further. I feels like it is pressing up against a spring loaded device almost. Any thoughts?

Try using a smaller diameter suction tube, if you have one available.

2012 Tdi, no issues with extraction on smallest hose supplied.
