I am taking the Q7 in for service then detailing for winter preparation and then getting the GIAC tune... Any reviews?

taking it for a short road trip shortly after so ~400 miles or so should be enough time to adapt and get a good feel for it. i was hoping i wasn't the first but if i am no biggie...
