It's a '14 and those are stock brembo calipers I just painted them to match the glacier white exterior paint and paired them with Adams slotted rotors/ pagid pads.

When you painted the calipers, did they have to be pulled off or were they painted in place?

How well does painting hold up?
I am planning of powder coating mine. my friend has a powder Coating station. we did his vettes Gold with black lettering was pretty easy and a perma shine.

Did you out gas them and rebuild the calipers??

Painting holds up great as long as they are cleaned and prepped properly. I painted my BMW calipers close to 8 years ago and when they are clean, they look as good as the day I painted them. Those calipers were bare metal as well. The Q7 has a base coating on them that I'm sure will help even more. I only painted mine a few months ago and a few thousand miles ago on the Q7 but they also still look fresh.

I left mine in place with no regrets.

no. the bolt pattern is different. new pcd on 4M Q7 is 5x112. 4L uses 5x130 pcd.

Good job! I would bought Brembo Red Calipers but it's okay, just to know, what are your wheels size? 18"?
