Default Needed additive in Michigan

May not be related, but thought I'd share. Last year my fuel gelled below 15F. Wouldn't start until temps went back up (4 days). Was in safe place and I was able to get alternative transportation so I left it to thaw instead if having towed. I have used cold weather additive since during winter and no issues to -10F. This is in Kalamazoo area (Southern Mi).

I've had mine for 6 years and so far so good, no issues. I'm in NY and it is parked outside, one thing I do is to make sure the fuel tank is always at least half full, if not close to full.

Cheers!
