Relatively new owner, require some answers....
Got a few questions, hope someone can help with them.
1 - Where do you check using VCDS the details of the DPF?. I know its likely in Engine 1 or Engine 2, but in measuring blocks (presume thats where you go) wheres the location?. And also how to figure out how full it is?.
2 - What kind of bulbs required to replace the fog light bulbs?. Probably looking for something a little more white in colour.
3 - On a pre-facelift with MMI 2G, has anyone figured out how to fold the door mirrors on the lock/unlock fob button?? this is something when i read up before, turned out to be a dead end. I find it bizarre as it folds using the manual button on the door card. But this is frustrating and i always forget to do this. I live on a narrow road where huge buses tend to come past every 15 minites, folding the mirrors would help A LOT!.
4 - I think the only thing letting my pre-facelift down, is the fact it doesn't have LED rear/tail lights. I was looking at the facelift ones, but they seem to be very expensive. With these im guessing you have 2 options to install? via converter box/cabling or via replacing the comfort module then coding, correct?. Has anyone done this before and can confirm? also i've seen some aftermarket LED tail lights which look OK ISH, has anyone on here done that before? pics?.

Unfortunately, the measuring block locations are different on my car to what is shown in this chaps VCDS. We also share the same version VCDS so it isn't the version that's the problem.
I have the 4.2 TDI so maybe thats why its in a diff location, maybe he was using it on a 3.0 TDI?. Tried ENGINE 1 and ENGINE 2 in vcds as well....
