Default Replacing side mirror glass

Can anyone confirm if the side mirror glass from a Q5 will fit the Q7?? My wife took out the drivers side glass and I can save a lot of $$$ in finding a used one.
I have an early 07 and was wondering a few things since I don't want to pay over $500 just for the glass.

I am finding some used parts with a similar part # and they look very similar but wasn't sure but I don't think they changed the mirror shapes or the mounting from 2007 to 2015 etc

Q7
8R0 857 535C - from a newer late model Q7
4L0 857 535F - later Q7 VIN
4L0-857 535C - early Q7 VIN
4L0-857-535 - Can I used a standard non memory mirror and just lose the dimming and heating functions but save a ton of $$?

8RO 857 535F - Q5 part # I found used

If you're okay with aftermarket, you might try a mirror from here:

Amazon Amazon

I used this company to replace the wing mirror glass on my Boxster S and was very happy with the results. The mirror heating in my Boxster was separate from the glass so I was able to detach the old glass and reuse the heating element.

I soaked the mirror and holder in the vinegar and baking soda overnight, just up to the level of the adhesive and then used dental floss to separate the old mirror from the mount. Then I just let the mount dry and stuck the new mirror on with the provided adhesive; worked like a charm!
