very clean look, especially on lighter color Q! was contemplating buying either this or newer black S-line grille for my pre-facelift Q7 S-line but looks like it would only look right on facelifted models since mesh matches pretty good. great job, thanks for posting pics!

That looks Amazing !!! How much was the new grill ? I wish I could do this mod, but in NJ we r required to have front license plates

Just over $500 shipped, link below. WI also has front plate laws. For years I've run without it, but as I get older it's not worth constantly looking over my shoulder. I Mounted it near the bottom of the grille and think it actually looks pretty good.

I really like it - our cars should have come from the factory this way. I cannot understand why Audi put the honeycomb on the side grilles but not the main unit. I'd do this in a minute if the part came with integrated solutions for a US plate, sonic sensors, and the front camera.
