You have two to check, list below on both.

Second on the Thermostat housing.

Sir,
Firstly, I really appreciate your help, thanks a lot.
I took mine to the authorized dealer. Techincian says (as you mentioned)that changing the thermostat is a must. The bad thing is the hurrible cost : 800$, 130$ for the part+670$ working.
I'm really mad because a part like this shouldn't be repalced before years and years.
Warranty is only up to 37000 miles or 3 years so I have to pay for it.
I asked a good local shop technician and he said replacing Q7 thermostat takes around 5 hours working unlike other cars.
I was expecting to replace it for free because I have nothing to do with this issue, it's the fault of Audi engineering.
I drove lexus 2002 for more than 200,000 miles and before that Camry, Honda Accord and never had this problem.

It's very hard to be a German car fan when you hear of these types of issues. If the engineers would devote a little more time into ease of access and a little less time on making things as complicated as possible we would all be better off. I changed the T-stat on my Sea Ray boat which uses a Chevy 305 block and it was about a 15 minute job.
Hell, a starter on a Boeing 737NG can be R&R'd in about an hour and an entire engine can be exchanged in about 4 hours.

smith2010Q7 : soon I'll report you.
pchansen : I was like rolling on the floor laughing at Boeing 737NG engine
An issue like this is no doubt has to be a recall. I never been in traffic in a hot weather, and I always drive it for a short distance.

Audi charged me 370$, they fixed it with ''Recall Number: 15V019000''. Now thermostat gauge seems little bit lower than usual.
thank you all for participating here.

Few days ago I changed all 4 tyres, I bought Continental ( the one made in Germany not Czech) instead of pirelli. More comfortable than Pirelli. I feel like I changed shock absorbers too.
